Privacy Policy

1. Roles and Responsibilities

Enxora Technologies ("Service Provider") provides secure video streaming technology. Our Clients (Content Publishers, Businesses, or Institutions) are the "Data Controllers." All personal data of Viewers (end-users), including names, emails, and IP addresses, is managed and stored on the Client's own infrastructure. Enxora does not act as a central repository for viewer data.

2. Data Storage & Sovereignty

We do not host or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on our servers. When the secure player displays a dynamic watermark (IP/Identity), it is pulling that information in real-time from the Publisher's own database. The Publisher is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their database and compliance with global data protection standards.

3. Proctor-AI Security Data

Proctor-AI integrity checks are processed client-side within the viewer's browser. No biometric or video stream data is transmitted to Enxora Technologies. Any disruption logs generated for security audits are sent directly to the Publisher's management dashboard.

4. Publisher Obligations

Publishers using Enxora Stream must have an active Privacy Policy informing their Viewers about watermarking, IP logging, and the use of webcam-based proctoring for intellectual property protection.

  • Verify authorized access to content
  • Prevent unauthorized downloads or piracy
  • Generate security reports for Academy administrators

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session security and player preferences. These cookies do not track you across other websites.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security handshakes to protect all processed data. Enxora Technologies is committed to maintaining the highest level of intellectual property protection for our clients.
