Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2024

1. Platform License

Enxora Technologies grants its Clients (Content Publishers, Businesses, or Licensed Users) a non-exclusive license to use our secure video technology. We provide the protective layer and do not manage the underlying content or viewer databases.

2. Data Controller Responsibility

The Client (Publisher) is the exclusive Data Controller for their users. The Publisher is solely responsible for database integrity and the lawful collection of user identifiers. Enxora Technologies is a technology facilitator and assumes no liability for data residing on the Publisher's servers.

3. Indemnification

The Publisher agrees to indemnify Enxora Technologies against any legal claims or damages resulting from the Publisher's use of the secure player, including but not limited to privacy violations, data breaches, or the hosting of illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, and security handshakes powering the Enxora Stream suite are the exclusive property of Enxora Technologies. Any attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or redistribute these protocols without a valid license will result in immediate termination and legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enxora Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we provide high-level protection, no security system is 100% impenetrable. We do not guarantee that content cannot be recorded or downloaded by highly sophisticated actors.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if your usage poses a risk to our infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enxora Technologies is registered.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
